At the time of booking a non-returnable deposit of £100.00 is payable. The Balance is due six weeks prior to arrival. In the event that payment is not received by this date we reserve the right to re-advertise the accommodation. Full payment is required at the time of booking if it is for a date less than six weeks ahead. We require a deposit of £100.00 to be held against damage to the apartments. A separate cheque for this amount should be sent with your balance. This cheque will be held and returned to you on departure providing there is no damage to the property.
